1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (e.g., sealed nootropic bottles, unworn t-shirts).
Eligible Products:
Nootropics and supplements (e.g., L-Theanine) if unopened and undamaged.
Wearables (e.g., Sleep Tracker Band) if unactivated and in original condition.
Branded merchandise (e.g., “Hack Smart, Live Zen” T-Shirt) if unworn and untagged.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used supplements (due to health/safety regulations).
Digital products (e.g., downloadable biohacking guides).
Note: Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following:
Full Refunds: For eligible products returned within 30 days in original condition. Refund covers product cost (e.g., for t-shirt) but excludes shipping fees (unless we shipped incorrectly).
